SORESH
Restaurant Branding
Soresh is Israel’s first hydroponic restaurant, located in the heart of Haifa a city as dynamic, diverse, and full of life as the food we serve. Here, agriculture and gastronomy meet in an urban, futuristic experience.
On the rooftop, vibrant green tubes twist and turn like a living sculpture, growing the fresh, organic produce that becomes the base of every dish on restaurants menu. Grown without soil, in a fully controlled, pesticide-free environment, our crops travel mere meters from the roof to your plate.
Seasonal. Sustainable. Hyper-local.
This is agriculture reimagined, rooted not in land, but in vision.

Typography and Branding
A custom typeface was created specifically for the restaurant, inspired by the shapes and flow of hydroponic tubing. This typeface serves not only as a functional font but also as a visual motif, appearing as graphic elements throughout the branding system. Its structural components form both the logo and the logotype, establishing a cohesive and distinctive visual identity.
